JavaFX as JSF 2.0 View Description Language

Alex Smirnov (creator of Ajax4jsf and from Exadel) wrote a very interesting post on using JavaFX as JSF 2.0 View Description Language (VDL). I think the binding mechanism from JavaFX would fit very well with AJAX applications. All the AJAX updates will be done automatically in a very elegant way. Another advantage (or disadvantage, depending where you coming from) will be that you won’t have to deal with HTML anymore. I would like to hear what people think about this approach.

Staying with JavaFX topic, Exadel will be releasing JavaFX Studio plug-in next week. We are also going to release a new version of Flamingo, updated to work with JavaFX 1.1 .
